Great location in the Downtown, easy parking (open parking lot, not fenced), very nice loft space inside the lobby but also in the room, very big spaces, nice furniture and all clean. Helpful staff.

Location is around 250 metres from the main part of the city. Walk is ok but stick to the main pavements. Reception was very good, quick and helpful. Room is fabulous. Very big and spacious. Not much space to hang clothes though. TV channels excellent. Wet room shower which was a very good shower. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean room, housekeeping was super. Didn't have breakfast but looked good. Bar was good.

We really liked the conversion of a historic pants factory into a hotel. The lobby area is spacious and beautiful, and our room was spacious with a great view.

Great hotel, great location, very clean and convenient, best value of the downtown hotels. Comfy bed, great pillows, nice shower and bath items from the Dry Bar (smelled great!).The mini fridge was cold, excellent free coffee in the morning and a great little kitchen/snack area downstairs that we were able to heat up some food or order some breakfast/snacks. The food was great, very nice bar in the lobby and we love the old warehouse decor! Having the public parking next door tied into the hotel was VERY convenient! Special thanks to Kiki, Justin, Jacob, Kennedy and Demarcus for taking great care of us during out stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! WE WILL be back next year!

The room was so big and beautiful. The room was huge, the beds were so comfortable, and the shower was amazing. I loved the brickwork. The windows were amazing and the views were beautiful. The hotel was amazing, and the bartender was so nice and professional. Everyone was so nice. So much was in walking distance

I liked the rustic feel of the building. We stayed on floor 4. There was a really cool metal slide that you CANNOT get on but added to the rustic charm. Friendsly staff free coffee and tea. Large bathroom with ample lighting.

Everything!!!! Front desk staff were exceptional! When we arrived, Montell was so welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure our arrival, room selection and stay were exactly what we needed. The entire environment was clean, upbeat and made for an outstanding stay! The topper was the availability of almond milk at the coffee station! Thank you!

The location was great! Staff were friendly. Room was tidy. The bed was super comfortable. Shower was amazing( water pressure and shower head) Pets are welcome free of charge, this is something I always look for as a traveller! Overall, a great experience would definitely return!
